Are these toys handmade?
Yes, they sure are, handmade happiness all the way.! Little moments of making bliss are dappled between caring for my family & home. I work from my tiny studio in the Dandenong Ranges of Victoria, Australia. 

Do you do custom orders?
Yes I do. Please contact me via the contact tab or email to discuss your custom ideas.

What is the recommended age for these handmade toys?
The dolls & softies contain no moving parts or buttons. I believe they are suitable for anyone, although infants need to be supervised with any toys.

What are the care instructions?
Gentle spot clean only.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Please enquire about shipping rates to your country. Please note any customs/duties/taxes are your responsibility.

How do I pay?
Payment is via PayPal. Payment is to be made at checkout. Payment to be made within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. Unpaid items will be relisted.

Do you refund?
I want you to enjoy your purchase as much as I do! Please contact me if there is a problem. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in unused condition for a full refund of purchase price. Refund does not include shipping costs. Refund can not be given for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
